Regarding tax payment
I have filed Gstr1 for the month of Aug 2021 in which had to pay tax. but due to some reason party said to cancelled Aug invoice. should I pay Tax on Gsrr3B or nil file for Aug 21. because we will amend in sep 21 Gstr1. pls help

No need to pay tax you should amend it in next return
Nil gstr3b is fine. Ensure to amend gstr1 subsequently.
