Hi friends, please suggest me that how can I share my office space to a small team of 5 people who will work in night shifts?
FYI: In my lease agreement with owner it is already mentioned that I should not sublease to any one.
Please help me to share my office space without getting in to any legal troubles.
Then u must have to change the lease agreement else u cant sub lease the office space someone else.

Orelse, can I mention sub lease agreement as MOU and mention that we will oversee their operations as a service and charging some amount from them for the service?
Because I dont have the option of changing the agreement with my owner.
