Regarding service tax
Respected sir,
If a person having a car care center/ washing center and total turnover in a year is above 10 lacks than he has to take service tax no or not. please provide your answer

Yes Mr.Atul you need to charge service tax on this kind of service as this service is neither in the negative list of services or is neither specified in mega exemption notification.
