Dear Abhijit,
Section 269 of companies Act is not applicable to Private Limited companies so that you are not required to file either Form 25A nor 25C.
As per my opinion you have to file form 23 as per section 192 (4) (c).
I request you to go through the Articles of Association of your company for same.
