Quick Summary
A taxpayer mistakenly had a property purchased by their husband in 2015 incorrectly recorded in their own account. Both spouses have filed income tax returns. The advice given is to simply reverse the incorrect entry in the bank account (BOA) and ensure the property is shown in the husband's account. Future entries should be made correctly. This is a human error and doesn't require complex adjustments beyond reversing the initial mistake.
Simply reverse wrong entry in BOA and show house in husband account. Gift between husband wife doesn't help as income from such gift is in Donor spouse account life time. But here it's a human error which you just reverse.
