husband purchase one house in 2015 and accountant by mistake house show in wife account now both of file income tax return
now how to correct this entry in balance sheet in 2019-2020.

You might show such flat as gift to husband

Simply reverse wrong entry in BOA and show house in husband account.
Gift between husband wife doesn't help as income from such gift is in Donor spouse account life time. But here it's a human error which you just reverse.
