My employer is deducting Rs. 2500/- as a Professional Tax but my annual income is below exemption limit. so can I get refund Rs. 2500/- after filing ITR Nil return?

Female employees earning more than 10000 per month will pay 2500 p.a as profession tax
So you will pay professional tax but not income tax.
No question of refund of profession tax.
