Dear Sirs and Madams,

During our studies we( I am and my friends) have faced lots of problems due to lack of proper guidence from parents as well as from school.we studied from govt school.In School the teachers were not guided properly and in home too the parents were also not taken much interest. Thats why we became average students now.Now a days education is very important for every person.Due to ignorance of (Teachers and parents) the students life may spoil sometimes. In the govt. schools the teachers just coming to classes teaching and its over. But they are not guiding the students what to study, how to study and how to use these studies in your life (ambition and goals).In Private schools the Teachers teach well in each subjects (English and other subjects).So the the students may get more benefit and successful in their lives. Now we are thinking to open a private school in our town and would like get register under ICSE or CBSE(Delhi Board).So please guide us how to going through this process for the welface of the society.

The couse you are doing this for, is appreciable.

For a school you has to firt get approval from DEO and for syllabysh you can direct approach NCERT (for CBSE)

Lame at Govt. school teachers after getting more salary and incentives compared to private school they do not do their duty. Its is really hurting. But I m also from a Govt. school in secondary and higher secondary but I do not feel underprivileged about it. May be luckily My scholl teachers I feel are the ones from best teachers in my life. They taught us so well either its Hindi , Sanskrit, Science, Yoga, Drawing, Maths and English. All teachers ARE best and I really respect heartedly My English Teacher who made me in love with the subject.

Just wanted to share my experience to know the people that good teachers and govt. schools are not extinct. There are teachers at date who are really accomplishing their duty with love and affection for the building of childs in Govt. School. One child i here :). Proud to be a student of Govt. as well as pvt. school.

But we can not ignore the fact that it is a truth the teachers at Govt.School at an average number not accomplishing their duty well. Private schools are really doing a good cause job. All the Best for your Private School :).
