My turnover for the Asst. yr. 23-24 is around 1.45 cr. through bank. some securities transactions are also , so I am filing ITR 3 . What should be the minimum net profit. IN ITR 4 Like through bank minimum net profit 6% and 8% from any other modes. Is there any minimum limit in ITR 3 without audit.
pls guide.

If it is all thorough Bank, you will have to set at least 6% NP .............. ..........
Yes, I agreed with Mr NARENDRA...
Without Audit not possible to declare NP 8% or (6% Banking mode).
If You want to show less than the percentage then go with Audit..
