I got a notice u/s 61. In which there is difference between GSTR1 and GSTR3B and supply is exempt.
There is difference of 1L in GSTR3B in the comparison to R1. I want to know what will be demand?
Because it's exempt supply so.. there is no tax thn there will be interest. I had filed all the returns thn no late fee. So can officers issue me demand in format of penalty.
or anything else.. if anyone can suggest.
I will be very thankful.

No there is no Interest, no penalty.
As even though if it is suppression of Turnover but it does not lead to evasion of tax.
