as per new 23AC (non-XBRL) Part-II, "Details of Long Term Borrowings (Unsecured)" whether FTIL loan secured by bank will be included?

They are simply asking abt unsecured loans and not secured. So secured loan by banks are not to be included in this category.
No it will not include as it is secured loan...
Generally, it will include the figures of deposits having maturity period more than 12 months
