Recently I have changed my name from DESHETTI JAMPAIAH to DESHETTI SAMPATH KUMAR. And I applied for new PAN card with supporting documents like Name change certificate and I received with new name on it with same PAN number. Actually, I have bank account with my old name. If I want to transact money using my old name (Deshetti Jampaiah) having bank account, can I use my old PAN card with same PAN number. If I use my new PAN card, the new name does not match with the name existed in bank account. Please provide me the solution for this problem.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU MUST CHANGE UR NAME IN BANK BY GIVING AN APPLICATION ALONG WITH NAME CHANGE CERTIFICATE AND NEW PAN...
DONT USE U R OLD PAN WITH OLD NAME...
Make an Affidavit or you can provide KYC to your Bank with new details...
You can attach the new pan copy to do the name correction with the Bank
don"t use your old pan card & aplly to the bank for name change with attached all necessary documents with new name.
It is advisable to make correct your name in Bank Account & not to use old PAN if u have got new. Please apply for change in name for Bank Account by providing new PAN as KYC.
You should also apply the changes you made in the official Gazette and also give an advertisement in local newspaper and 1 national newspaper regarding the change only after u get approval from gazette officer in this regard.
