regarding msme 1 of companies act
a private limited company has purchased good from a retailer of electric supplier(who is neither a manufacturer nor a service provider) but he has taken registration in aadhar udyog, amount due to him exceeds 45 days. now whether such company is required to file form msme 1. as the supplier is out of the definition of msmed act 2006 which covers only manufacturer and service provider. will scenario gets changed if registration in aadhar udyog is not taken.

Such unit can surely file a case since they have a valid certification and retailers are covered under the service provider category.
