I HAVE CLAIMED ITC OF ONE BILL TWICE IN 3B PERTAINING TO MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2017
CAN I REVERSE IT IN NEXT MONTH AUGUST 2019 3B

No you are not allowed to do that,because for FY 2017-18 the month for Rectification in ITC was Mar'19.....
