if we are purchased heat blower so can we claimed ITC?

Yes you can claim ITC
Yes you can take input on all goods if the goods were used in the course or furtherance of business. Except those in blocked list. The abive good is not in blocked list, hence input credit can be taken if it is used in the course of business
