regarding input

good evening sir, let assume thay I have purchase machinery for manufacturing taxable goods around it's cost may be 2,00,000 and paid to gst is 36000/- @ 18%.total invoice value is rs.2,36,000/-now my query is am eligible to take GST PAID 36000 /-or not?. if yes how take gst at a time or partly for five years.please solve my issue with an example.
