Regarding GSTR 9

How to setoff the GST tax liability in GSTR 9 without depositing cash. Problem is below
by mistake tax liability is not taken in GSTR 3B for the f.y 2017-18, but GSTR 1 filed as actual, please give suggestions how to setoff tax liability with ITC in GSTR 9. turnover of the company is more than 1.5 crore.
