regarding gstr-1A

basically gstr-1A connected to the buyer's gstr2..it is an auto drafted form.my question is, if the seller reject some invoices from gstr-1A then where actually affect to his buyer.as per gst acts the buyer can't take ITC if seller reject..but how to identify the seller rejected our invoices where?? gstr-2 will be affect?? or the buyer still can take ITC??

Dear Querist,

as per section 41, buyer will get credit in provisional basis in first month. in second month seller not uploaded same in his returns then buyer credit will be denaied with interest.
ofcourse,,, if subsequently seller uploaded invoice,,, then buyer can take credit again.

you may have to refer section 41, 42 and 43 in this regard
