Regarding Formtion of Quorum

As per the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, proxies appointed by the individuals on their behalf are not counted for purpose of Quroum. But authorized representative authorized on behalf of body corporate are counted for the purpose Qurom. 2 or more authorized person appointed on behalf of body corporate may be treated as Single member. Tough 2 same person can be appinted for 2 body corporates
