"This is to inform you that in term of the provisions under Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulations, 1956, the above-cited Form23 dated 23/01/2007 filed by ----------------------------------- vide SRN ------------ has been examined and marked as Pending under Regulation 17(6) with the following remarks-
attachments required to be signed by the co."
Please confirm me next course of action and what is co.?
Form 67 is Form for filing addendum for rectification of errors.
In this case you have to file form form 67 for rectification of errors. and in form 67 attach the required attachments rectifying the above mistakes and upload the same within the same SRN. No fee is to be paid.
If the registrar satisfies, the form would be approved otherwise you have to file form 23 again.
Form 67 is required to be filed within one month. After the period of one month you have to file respective form again.
