Regarding Excess leave taken

please help anyone,
sir I am completed my articleship on 6th Feb 2020 and submitted form 108 with ICAI and it's came I have taken excess leave I,e 14 days, and I am served that 14 days excess leave also with same principal, hence now which form I need to be submit again with ICAI ( any documents) pls kindly help with needful information.

Just join the firm to complete your rest 14 days and thereafter again fill the same form by consulting your principal .. I hope they will help you.
