Regarding Delivery challan

if Transporter have invoice when he has to
deliver the item ..is there necessary delivery challan with invoice

If Transporter is having Invoice at point of delivery than delivery challan is not necessary.

No not at all, the duly signed and stamped invoice with Eway bill , if required would be sufficient.

Further, delivery challan is for movement other than supply, hence no need when a taxable invoice has already been issued and shared with transporter.

Not at all the duly signed and stamped invoice with E-way Bill are sufficient.
