regarding credit notes
Received credit notes from suppliers for the Fy year 2017 -18 upto 31 st March 2017. The supplier gave me the statemets in this moth but I have filed all returns upto Oct 2018. can I claim the credit notes in Nov return if so in which Form? The supplier has shown in his return. Now what will be my position? kindly advise me what to do. Thanks.

That CN's issued/uploaded by supplier already refledted in GSTR2A of you, it is already setoff with your existing invoices ITC.
now you have net ITC.
