Regarding conversion of pvt. co. into llp

Hello,

I m converting Pvt. Company into LLP. as per the process of the same firstly we have to apply for the reservation of the name of the LLP via form no . 1 and the form should be digital signed by proposed designated partner.

in my case the Directors of the Company and the proposed designated partner are not same so i m affix the DSC of the proposed designted partner in form no 1 but when i m upload the form 1 the follwoing error is came :

"The person is not authorized for signing of the form"

Is it compulsory that the proposed designated partner or director of the Pvt. Ltd. company are the same .
