Regarding change of registered office- sec 12
In the provision of sec 12, regarding change of RO ,the situation which is covered, is that of,what will happen in case if it is changed from the jurisdiction of one ROC to that of another "within the same state", but my question is what will happen, if it's not the same state i.e registered office is changed to the jurisdiction of another ROC and that to in "another state".....
