Regarding articleship 103 termination

suppose if i terminates within 1 year. will there be necessary to join another firm quickly or specific period.
(because I have finished my 11month articles and terminates frm old firm and I have not yet joined for the period of 1month .will there be problem???)

The period arising after you terminate will not be counted in your articleship period . Even after joining new firm you have 1 month more to complete your 1st year .
