regard meeting of board...
Jo board meeting ka prov. Hai ki saal me 4 BOD meeting KRni hai and the gap BTW both the meeting shall not exceed 120 days bt due to some reason we called the meeting on 120 day and due to not presence of quoram meeting stand adjurn and the same meeting is called after 1 week on the same venue day and time now my quarry is does the prov of co. Act is still fullfilled or it is contravenced....?
