at icai, you will have to fill up form 112 for seeking permission to start cs

as far as icsi goes.there is no separate procedure except the registration formalities

There is a wide gamut of changes that has occurred in ICSI course structure in terms of New syllabus and training program, so it is better for you to collate more information before you decide to enroll for the course.
