i have not heard that they only appoint rank holders but,even mediocres  can also be admitted..

all that matters is your personality and knowledge.......

There is no such condition that only rank holders are admitted.

There is no any conditions. I  have clered to CA with normal marks but got the offer from big 4 but i not joined the same.

Another thing is time schedule is very tight in big 4

No such conditions. Just visit each of the big4 site and post your resume or if u have time better visit their offices with ur resume, that it will help you..there are some vacancies posted by our seniors in earlier threads, so first search with big4 in caclub search and contact them...all the best.
