1. Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Excel Options.
2. Click Advanced.
3. Under Editing options, select or clear the Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop check box.

I'll have do it at each time whenever i open an excel file. I want to set it default. pls tell me how is it possible?
