for me 2023-2024 ITR orignal intimation order recived with due and refund sequence number is zero ,then done rectification for same 23-24 again for rectification intmation order recived but refund sequence number is zero in intimation order and not reicved refund . Same for year 2024-2025 intmation order recived but efund sequence number is zero and refund not recived . account validated ,asked demand team any due so no due ,please help me ,srugling from last 1 yr.

Sir same case here and already have raised grievance under CPGRAM and RTI as well but all authority transfer every query to AO. Where AO call us and said sir nothing in my hand. The process of refund is the case of CPC. How to handle it sir pls direct.

I also got call from Ao they wont give any thing in writing ,I am sending daily 1 mail to cpc,ORM,demand,Digisysytem,effinlg manager ,helpdex,Ao no body reply , 30 tweet to FM, FM office ,Income tax no use
You give application offline stating the fact to AO. Get its acknowledgement. Based on the reply (in writing) from AO take furthur action. Just sending mail or other media may not (always) help.
If I go physicaly to CPC banglore can it will help to slove the issue
No. Only ITO can handle the issue at its best.
