Refund Reissue Request problem on E-filing portal

I got an email asking me to raise refund reissue request as the bank acccount  number  doesn't match, but when I tried to accessories refund reissue service request on e-filing portal, it's showing "no refund failure to raise refund reissue service request". How to deal with this?

Inspite of repeated emails and complaints to cpc and efiling above status does not change . The above message keeps coming while trying to submit fresh refund reissue request and unable to submit for refund reissue. No action and very indifferent attitude of IT dept , CPC , Assessing officer CPC Refunds and honest tax payer has to suffer the inconvenience of more than 4 months delay in refund from the date of e-filing in December 2020.
