Refund query

Dear All,

Please tell me one question,i have filling e-return in march-2011 for A.Y-2011-12 and i have some refund. but i make one mistake that Acknowledgement  sent to IT CPC Banglore after 7 month. and IT CPC sent to me a  mail that  your Acknowledgement  is rejected. then what department given my refund or not.

Please advise to me.  what can do further.
