Refund of Tax
I forgot to file income tax return for the F.Y. 2009-10 and my 26AS shows 15000 as deduction. Is there any possibility to claim my refund?

You can try and file a condonation of delay with the tax officer n if approved you can file the return and claim the refund
You have to file an application for condonation of delay U/s 119(2)(b) before Principal Commissioner of Income Tax of your region not before your assessing officer. Specifying the reason why you have not filed in time, If Pr.CIT satisfies he will issue order for condonation.
