I have more than 8 lakh in ITC.

No sir u can't claim refund
Refund of ITC would be available if u have Inverted Duty Structure as per Section 54
Inverted Tax structure is not available as he falling under HSN 5201,
for chapter 55-60 , as taxpayer dealing in goods falls under said chapter cannot claim refund
