An Individual, having balance of Rs. 500000/- in his Electronic credit ledger under GST, want to cancel his gst registration. Can he claim Refund of ITC of Rs. 500000/- showing in electronic credit ledger?

Not allowed for credit ledger..
No... No way for refund if it's under ITC and The GSTIN will be cancel.
sir I have filed tran 1 regarding transitional credit of vat . that credit was reflecting electronic credit ledger. but at the time of filing of July month gstr3b return again I have taken 50% of cgst and 50% sgst .then after electronic credit ledger amount was increasing.that time I understood wrongly taken.now what is the rectification
you only adjust the amount you could not refund it
