Sir, I am working with Indo Tibetan Border Force (Central Government) and posted at Leh (Ladakh), Jammu & Kashmir since April 11, 2017. My DDO has deducted Income Tax from my salary. I belong to ST community (Halba) of Maharashtra. Sir, I may kindly be informed that can i get refund of income tax under section 10(26).
