We are doing small exports to Nepal paying 18% IGST, what is the procedure to claim the refund. The GST portal has no field or services to claim the export refund. Do we have to claim the refund from GST portal or from a different department?

You can apply refund in GST portal. This option is not come into force. Wait on its availability...
