Refund of igst in case of import of machinery
we have imported machinery capital goods which is not under epcg license. Is it possible to get the Igst amt paid while importing the machinery. If yes how which forms are to be filled.

Login to Portal Icegate , click on E-payment Tab & pay the IGST & custom duty
pls note that the refund of IGST paid on capital goods may not be possible in view of specific formula of refund does not permit ITC refund of capital goods ...pls check when applying for refund...
