Refund of excise duty
How a exporter ( trader ) can claim refund or rebate of excise duty paid by him . Exporter is not registered with Excise .

You have to follow notification No.19/2004-CE(NT) dtd.06.09.2004 for rebate claim.
Further for trader to need to take CT-1 certificate for procurement of goods without payment of excise duty instead of going into refund.
