Apart from the job, provides consultancy services to my clients. I have total work experience of about 10 years in the fields of excise, customs, service tax import & export etc. like registration, filing returns, refund of excise & service tax, and law compliance, clearance of import & export consignments, duty drawback benefit, refund of terminal excise duty, Advance /Duty Free Import Authorization, EPCG, Focus Product Scheme, Focus Market Scheme, MLFPS, SHIS, SFIS, DEPB, Incremential Growth Incentivization Scheme, Refund of Addtional Duties of customs (SAD) & Deemed Export Benefits etc.
In addition to the above we provide professional services like drafting replies to the show cause notices, Appeals, appearing and pleading the matters before the Appellate Authories.
