Happy deepawali to all members,
my questetion is that my client is govt employee and he received the 4-5 years arrear salery in f.y.2014-15, and tds was deducted on this . return is filed before due date,but refund is reject on arrear sallary tds and rest tds is refunded
what can i do

Have you filled Form 10E and uploaded. This is for arrears.
See 26AS statement also. whether tax credit is updated.

no, i dont upload 10 e form, can you provide arreear excel sheet. and which paper is requird for preparation of 10 e form,
and can i upload after 143(1)

yes in rectification . Form 10E has to be filled online from efiling web site and uploaded.
See 26As for tax credits also.
1) log into his efiling account
2) efile --> prepare and submit online form (other than ITR) --> select assesment year--> select form 10E --> fill it [ recheck it]--> Submit .
3) after 10E is uploaded - goto rectification --> choose reprocess the case. I HOPE I AM CLEAR ON THIS
