i have filed itr-1 AY2018-19 on 17th june 2018 and e-verification accepted on 19th june.i have claim to refund money through section 89 now till my itr is not process
but still my money is not refunded by income tax so what i do to get my refund amount???

Yes I do have faced some issues like this, Just do one one thing raise an griviance in the portal against CPC I assure you that u will definitely be having ur issues resolved

I already raised greviance and reply from CPC... your ITR in progressing.

i also put grievance in cpc he says your itr is processing and wait for intimation u/s 143 but when i check my itr with acknowledement no then it shows nothing only show e verification accepted.In that case what i do for releasing my refund amount instantly??

U have to wait as the same is under process as they have legally time with them

all including mine filed by end June or 1st week of July same situation.
it is not first in first out.
it is delayed processing gir early birds.
may be by sep end only 26 AS WOULD HAVE BEEN UPDATED OR high value transactions r still waiting to be uploaded

Nothing can be done by assessee, but wait for processing of ITR by CPC.
