Refund is pending to receive

Hello Experts, Department has issued me a Refund Order U/s. 143 (1) before a month but still Refund Amount is not deposited in my bank account, when I called to customer care of CPC - Benguluru, I am told that Amount will be deposited in my Account but no time limit is given, they also advice me to check with SBI - Mumbai but Contact no of SBI - Mumbai is also not shared with.
