Refund for STPI Unit w.r.t ITC of cap goods
I understand Refund with IGST payment is restricted under 96(10) for STPI unit, then how to claim ITC on cap goods lying in my books when the refund formula ('Net ITC') only provides for Input and Input services ?

I dont ghink STPI Act can restrict making export of services with payment of tax, since the tax charged in export invoice is not collected from customer but beared by the supplier and them applied as refund.
