Refund for extra tds paid on property

I had to pay Rs 12168 as TDS on property and mentioned the same in form 26QB.

But while payment through online banking, i entered wrong amount of Rs 26168 which is 14000 extra than required.

Can i get the refund of the same?

It is best way to get Refund that Seller will Claim Refund of TDS Deposited and You deduct money from seller.
