we have applied for through online reissue refund there no option to privileged of citi bank submitted citi bank account to get refund.
kindly advise the same further process

madam how we have request citi bank account to pre-validate since 2months still is showing not validated spoke income tax department people we have to wait to validate.
Request goes to bank for validation. Speak to your bank - why it has not been validated.
Request is validated by bank only you have to talk to them...
