Refund claim

I have submitted my return in time and i have done e verification but itr still not processed and i have already submitted grievance 3 times but department replied reslved
And getting this response
Dear Taxpayer the processing of your itr is pending for want of verification of the correctness of certain claims made by taxpayer in the ITR this is likely to take few months depending on the swiftness and accuracy of Taxpayer response.
But still not get any notice and not processing
