Padhuka is very good for all laws except company law, ethics and communication.

For company law, ethics and communication refer module, its seriously very good (atleast try 1 chapter)

Also if you compare then atleast G. K. Kapoor and Padhuka have the same language (its exactly a photocopy of the module) except for the question answer format whereas in the module we have it in para formats.
