ok, Thank you Sir. Suppose, XYZ has Paid Up Capital Rs. 10 Lakhs and Reserve and Surplus has negative balance i. e Rs. (5,00,000) .
1.Can we reduced Capital through written off accumulated loss ?
2. Is any effect shown in assets side of Balance Sheet.
