I tried many contact numbers f icai chennai but they are not picking up. Please provide me a number which i can enquire abt procedures to rectify my name in icai records

Even one of myfriend has the same problem. His date of birth is not matching. He tried many contact numbers and sent letter to institute also. But issue not yet resolved. Even we are looking for correct proceedure.
ya...evn i send letter but no confirmation recievd...officials says to visit icai bhawan, chennai to rectify it. or else dey wont rectify in our lifetime itslf.
once try with E- sahayata ICAI
one year back, i posted my grievanc in e- sahayata but yet no reply recieved.
